Now,when I say, "The Great White North", I don't mean snow. This is the most Caucasian place I have ever seen. I saw 1 African American yesterday.
But, I don't mean to sund negative. Everyone here has been very nice. Stores, bars, restaraunts anywhere, people greet you with a smile and seem genuinely glad to see you.
Now the highlight of my trip so far has been my niece and nephew, Madeline and Noah. Kids are truly a spectacular thing. It has made me want them even more. For some reason completely foreign to me, Noah has taken a liking to me. He's my new buddy. Yesterday we were at the indoor pool here at the hotel and he wanted me to take him down the big water slide. We must have done it 6 or 7 times. Each time (he's two, by the way) once we hit the first turn, he would just start to giggle. Everything seems right with the world, when you have this little tiny person stting in your lap laughing. It's pretty damn heartwarming.
I'll take some pics tonight and update the ol flickr page. But all in all, I'm having a really nice time.

See, trips aren't so bad, are they? Glad to hear ya havin a good time, say "hi" to the wifie, have a safe trip back. I had a little vacay myself with Joel, Zoe, Scott, Joy and John in the Poconos, pictures soon to follow.
