I feel so much better. JoE and I took a good solid weeks up in the mountains of North Carolina.
See how nice that looks. We needed a vacation badly.
When I returned to Key West everything looked so much nicer. Life is really good even if the last few months have been a little rough. When Tropical Storm Gamma formed, I went ahead and took down the last of my boards as an act of defiance. No more this year. I am tired. I'll be all ready for next years mess of storms, but now it's just nice to sit back and enjoy the reason why we live here:
November 25th, 2006 2:08pm and the Temperature is 77 Degrees under a beautiful sunny sky.
.... the storms still beat the hell out of 6 months of grey, snow and cold.

Thanksgiving was a blast, I'll try and get some photos up tomm. from that. My belly is still full.... life is good
