There are few things I wish for to make my life a better place. To live closer to the Kitchenman ( http://www.fotolog.net/kitchenman ) is one of them. For many years I lived near the Kitchenman. I didn't take advantage of his kitchen prowress enough. I love the Kitchenman. One, because he is an amazing fellow. Two, because he hates "The Man" as much as I do. He cooks for the purpose of shaming "The Man". He cooks to make "The Man" his bitch. He cooks out of protest of "The Man's" treatment of his favorite foods.
All of you do yourself a favor and cook what Kitchenman tells you to. Follow his instructions. And never let "The Man" keep you down.
